DELC members spend a good amount of time in the garden.  Crops include ginger, turmeric, corn, papaya, sweet potatoes, jacon, and greens.  Plant cultivation is implemented as a 4-H program; club members hope to share their learning and produce at regional events.  A new food production venture will begin over the summer, when Dragon’s Eye installs a full-fledged aquaponics system.
